Acantalys is a southern Rhône cooperative established in the heart of Tavel and Lirac, cultivating sun‑kissed vineyards on clay and limestone soils. It represents a collective of growers delivering region‑typical wines with a blend-driven, approachable style. A smooth, rounded white Rhône blend dominated by Grenache Blanc, supported by Bourboulenc and Clairette. It opens with crunchy green and red apple, ripe peach, and white plum flavours, all carried on a creamy, broad palate.
